Our Process Timeline
Initial Consultation
Client meets with Bello to discuss goals and objectives, financing and schedule.
Demolition and Discovery Agreement.
Client and Bello execute an agreement to perform standard project site tests, complete design and material research and work with architect.
Initial Architectural Meeting.
Client meets with architect and designer to document the project.
Construction Contract and Client Agreement Review.
Final plans are used to calculate cost and generate a contract.
Construction Contract and Client Agreement Executed.
Signed contracts and ‘proof of funds’ prompt city plans submission.
Site Preparation
Limited on site activity occurs. Administrative and design tasks continue.
Client Design Selections completed.
Client completes fixture and finish selections.
Permits approved - CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Throughout construction, the city conducts inspections to ensure work corresponds with approved plans and is completed to code.
The project is fit for occupancy and use for its intended purpose. The owner can make use of the building and only minor work remains.
Client Orientation
Builder reviews functionality with client.
Warranty Term (one year)
Client submits workmanship or system issues to be reviewed by Builder.
